Overview
Invoice Management enables Pro and Family tier users to create professional invoices with line items, tax, notes, and terms. Track invoices through a full status workflow and download branded PDFs.
Creating an Invoice
- Select or create a customer from your directory.
- Add line items with description, quantity, and unit price.
- Optionally add tax rate, notes, and payment terms.
- Save as Draft or submit immediately.
Status Workflow
Invoices follow a strict progression. Invalid transitions are rejected by the API.
- Draft → Submitted → Under Review → Agreed → Completed
- At any stage before Completed: can be moved to Disputed or Cancelled.
