Overview

Invoice Management enables Pro and Family tier users to create professional invoices with line items, tax, notes, and terms. Track invoices through a full status workflow and download branded PDFs.

Creating an Invoice

  • Select or create a customer from your directory.
  • Add line items with description, quantity, and unit price.
  • Optionally add tax rate, notes, and payment terms.
  • Save as Draft or submit immediately.

Status Workflow

Invoices follow a strict progression. Invalid transitions are rejected by the API.

  • DraftSubmittedUnder ReviewAgreedCompleted
  • At any stage before Completed: can be moved to Disputed or Cancelled.
