View, search, categorize, and manage all your transactions in one place.
Overview
The Transactions page is the central ledger for all financial activity. It combines Plaid-synced transactions from linked accounts and manual entries into a unified, searchable list.
Features
- Search & Filter — Search by merchant name, description, or amount. Filter by date range, category, account, or source (Plaid/Manual).
- Categorization — Assign or reassign categories to transactions. Plaid transactions come with auto-suggested categories.
- Manual Entry — Add transactions that aren't captured by Plaid (cash payments, etc.).
- Bulk Actions — Select multiple transactions to categorize or delete at once.
- CSV Upload — Upload transactions from a CSV file for accounts not linked via Plaid.
- Quick Entry — A dedicated fast-entry page for adding transactions on the go.
Transaction Rules
Transaction rules automatically apply categories or rename merchants for matching transactions. Configure them in Settings → Transaction Rules.
- Match by merchant name (exact or contains).
- Auto-assign a category when a rule matches.
- Rules apply to both new synced transactions and existing ones.
